  • Comprehensive psychiatric assessments (initial intakes)
  • Mental status exams (MSE)
  • Diagnostic formulation using DSM-5-TR
  • Risk assessments (for suicidality, homicidality, psychosis, substance use)

Medication Management
  • Initiating, adjusting, and monitoring psychotropic medications
  • Side effect monitoring (weight, BP, metabolic panels, AIMS for antipsychotics)
  • Coordination with primary care on medical impacts of psychiatric meds
  • Managing controlled substances (ADHD stimulants, and benzodiazepines)
  • In the case of ADHD, we require a formal neuropsychological testing including a Conners Continuous Performance Test Third Edition™ (Conners CPT 3™) or a TOVA (Test of Variables of Attention)
  • In the case of benzodiazepines, we do offer taper, since we cannot prescribe them long term
